Muscle warm-up and force-speed work

Muscle warm-up work with transfer grouped in the form of four workshops requiring particular areas (calves, quadriceps, adductors, hamstrings).

To be added with this first part, force-speed work on several workstations (plyometry, calves, quadriceps, weighted speed), combining several transfers specific to the activity.
